What happens after I complete the payment?
After your payment on the Physiolution website is successfully processed:
- Physiolution verifies your order.
- You will receive an email containing a unique course access code and instructions.
- You will use this code to activate your course on the official learning portal.
Access instructions are normally sent within 24–48 hours.
How do I activate my course after receiving the access code?
Follow these simple steps:
- Visit the course activation page
- Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, enter the Access Code provided by Physiolution in the field “Have a Coupon Code?”
- Do not enter any credit card details.
- Confirm the order total shows $0.00 and complete the checkout
Once completed, your course will be activated.
How do I log in to the course portal later?

Your access code is required only once during initial activation.

How do I claim my CECs?
- Download your certificate for the course you have just completed in the online education portal. Your certificate contains the information you will need to claim your continuing education credits with your certifying organization.
- Professionals can register their CECs with their certifying agencies according to the instructions from the organization.
Do I need to attend any physical classes?
No.
The entire course is 100% online and can be completed from anywhere with a computer and internet connection to access your course.

The total time it takes to fully complete all five TBMM-CES learning modules is approximately 50–80 hours.
However, since it is self-paced, you can take longer if needed.
What if I fail the exam?
There is no risk.

Will I receive a certificate after completion?
Yes.
Once all modules and assessments are completed, you can download and print your certificate directly from the learning portal.
How do I print my certificate?
- You can download your certificate from the education portal where you completed your course. However, first you must ensure that all the items in your course materials list have a green checkmark next to them.
- Once all the required course components are complete, click the “Print Certificate” button to download your certificate.
- Your certificate contains the information you will need to claim your continuing education credits with your certifying organization.
Does the certification expire?
No.
Once earned, the TBMM-CES credential does not expire.
However, we encourage our students to continually expand and update their knowledge and skills in the field of corrective exercise.
What is the refund policy?
All course purchases are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
Once the access code has been issued, the enrollment cannot be cancelled or transferred.
What if I do not receive my access email?
Your course access instruction email may have been caught in your spam filter because the message contains links. Check your spam or junk email folders as you will likely find the message there.
